Maureen is a seasoned Project Controls specialist with a proven track record of excellence in the construction, engineering, and mining industries. She brings extensive expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

With a strong operational background, Maureen excels in Earned Value Management (EVM), where she drives project performance by linking scope, schedule, and cost for optimal efficiency and profitability. Her diverse skill set also includes procurement strategies, engineering solutions, and the effective execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach, Maureen has consistently delivered results that exceed client expectations. Her ability to integrate technical knowledge with practical insights makes her an invaluable asset to any team, ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly from initiation to completion.

Mufaro is a seasoned project management professional and engineer with over two decades of experience in delivering complex projects across industries such as mining, energy, and construction. With a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of driving business growth, Mufaro is a highly respected leader.
Throughout his career, he has successfully executed numerous high-profile projects, in the mineral processing industry, energy distribution and transport systems across the world.  His expertise spans project management, engineering, business development, and supply chain management, with a particular focus on the mining and energy sectors.
Mufaro's technical expertise and business acumen enable him to navigate complex projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. He has held leadership roles such as Process, Products and Projects Director at Weir Technology, Vice President of Supply Chain at DRA-SENET, and Senior Projects Manager at SENET Pty Ltd, and has worked with top-tier multinational companies including Tenova Pyromet and Siemens.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering , a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Master of Philosophy degree in Corporate Strategy from the University of Pretoria's Gordon Institute of Business Science.
